Question Chocolate Causes Anxiety?

I'm on medication to help decrease anxiety, and so far this past year it's worked really well. I have a very rare cup of coffee, no problems to report whatsoever. But I have even the smallest amount of chocolate - my anxiety levels go through the roof. It's almost as bad as it was before I started taking medication. Does anyone know why chocolate would have this particular effect, but not coffee? I assumed it had to be from the caffeine, but if that were the case - how could I drink coffee with no ill effects?
