I can understand that this is very serious to you. Has your fiance told you that he will break up with you or something if you dont lose all the weight in 1 month? At your current weight, I am not sure how realistic or healthy it would be to lose that much in one month. Maybe explain to your fiance that if you are going to lose weight, you need his support- support and ultimatums (which it kind of sounds like what you're getting) are NOT the same things.
That said, if you want to lose, you have to start somewhere. Pick a plan if you are going to do Low Carb. If that plan has a beginning phase (such as Atkins Induction phase), get the neccessary foods and begin at once.
But PLEASE do not lose weight to fix a relationship. I have done it in the past and it doesnt work (or didnt for me). I lost weight and realized that it was just a band-aid to mask other proplems. AND I ended up resenting him for making me change.
If YOU want to lose weight, do it for YOU, not someone else.
