Fabulous!

I seem to be in a stall, and I really need to ask you a big favor. Can you give me some specifics to what you did for the meat and egg thing.

For instance: Quantity, also is any mayo allowed, what kind of meats are permitted..etc. For some reason I'm having a hard time finding this information but to be honest, I think it's better coming from someone who has done it successfully.

I'm at a point where I've been resistent for about 6 weeks now.. I've upped calories, lowered calories, added more exercise, more water.... so I know I'm ready for a stall breaker of some sort and if you would be so kind as to give me more information on the meat and egg thing, I truly want to try it asap.

Also, coffee.. is coffee allowed, and can there be carbs in that coffee from creamer?

Any information you can give me will be greatly appreciated!!!

Thank you so much!

Lori

Hi Port, congratulations on your AMAZING results.

I was stalling big time during induction at 20 net grams of carbs a day and now I am in day 4 of the meat and eggs diet. I don’t eat a lot of eggs though. Please look at a menu of what I ate yesterday and see if I am doing this right; if you don’t mind.

B: 1 scrambled egg (cooked with a teaspoon of butter)
S: Roasted Chicken leg quarter
L: Roasted chicken leg quarter
D: Broiled salmon

I know that is a lot of chicken but I was soooo hungry. Do you eat late at night? If not, what is your cut off time? Overall, how do you feel? One more question, what is your exercise regime like?

Sorry for all the questions. Didn't mean to interrogate you.
Thank you so much for sharing.

Teri

Does anyone know what happened to the Meat and Egg life program thread? I think that is what it was called. I have been away from the boards for a while and recently returned, and I can't find it. There was so much information and support in that thread, I would really like to find it again. I mainly eat eggs and meat in general, as I am not big on veggies, never have been, but I would like to touch base with some of the long time meat and eggers.

Another stall breaker is IF or Fast-5, that's how I finally got down to 165. I drifted up 10 lbs, but now I am back. I may combine fasting with VLC after the 1st of the year. I could stand to lose some more; not for looks, but for health reasons like blood pressure.

Hi! I am now at 123lbs and I intend to start lowcarbing again on January.

I keep seeing this "IF-Intermmittent Fasting" and now you mentioned Fast 5. Mike, can you please explain what that is? Thanks.

If you do M&E can you eat cheese? If so how much? I think I could easily give up all veggies for a while.
