Default How do you keep motivated?

I just thought about posting a picture of me when I was at my heaviest to keep me away from all the bad food. Any suggestions? What do you do? Or am I the only imperfect person?

I can see my body changing for the better, even in just a short time on Atkins/M-E. It's amazing the changes. Pumping iron helps a lot. If you can start lifting, you'll see fairly quick improvements.

I post pictures of hot chicks from workout magazines on my fridge, the walls around my desk, my bathroom and bedroom mirrors. If I find a strength-training workout in a magazine that I like, I tear it out and stick it on the fridge with a magnet so I can try it sometime.

It's also easy to stay motivated with keto-adaptation. You're rarely hungry and have to remind yourself to eat. It's really amazing.

I "FEEL" great ..
All I have to do is remember how I use to feel when refined carbs were part of my WOE , and it keeps me straight

and look at your naked rear..if you dont like what you see...well, thats motivation. sometimes thats all it takes to get back on the treadmill or stay strict for another day.

I watch all the gals at work eating like pigs, take out everyday, donuts on the weekend, snacks all day, cookies.....then I take a good smell of my lunch and think I am the queen and I will show all of them up.....thats my inspriation. And it doesn't hurt that I have a skinny pic of me on my entertainment stand and I look at it all the time...hehe
