I cheated and I didn't even enjoy it. On the road and we stop for breakfast at Cracker Barrel and I knew I was in trouble. They don't offer any kind of vegetarian breakfast. I figured I could just have eggs and cheese but I found myself ordering French toast! Of course I ate it and my conscious got hit with every bite. Now I am back to day 1. I will not let this one meal ruin my new lifestyle. Breakfast is my weakness

I think it's actually good that you are aware that you didn't even enjoy your cheat! Keep that feeling alive and recall it next time you are tempted. Keep thinking of your goals on a line: start weight at the left end, goal weight at the right end. Every time you eat, you have the opportunity to move either towards your goal or away from it. If you move away from your goal, then you've just got to make up that lost ground. Keeping this in my mind really helps me.

Also...every time you resist the urge to cheat, you get a little bit stronger!!

Hey Ressy, been there, done that.
My prob is I DO ENJOY IT!
Its excellent you are getting right back to it.
I cheat once, and end up on a 4 week bender.
I too am back on and having to start all over.
I HAVE TO.
And this is a decision for a lifestyle change.
No choice, is there?
