Question Skin Maintanence

It seems people are worried about loose skin and weither or not we can do anything about it? I found Vitamin E to work well as well as exercise, and using a bathing brush, any other ideas?

I've seen posts about that, too, Lessara. I'm not going to worry about it for a l-o-n-g time! (I don't want to use that as an excuse to stop. Oh, well, lost 6 pounds, better eat a fudgesicle in case I get loose skin )

I've never had loose skin in the past, but I've lost weight from 230 down to 190 -- I've never been this heavy. Or this old

I'll remember your tips, though!
