More people posted on this thread yesterday. Good to know at least a dozen of us are eating.


Breakfast

4 slices bacon, 2 eggs

Lunch

leftover crockpotted beef, covered with cheese and reheated

Dinner

salmon and green beans, with butter

Snacks

peanut butter and a small apple
salami

L: leftover chicken & cheese from last night, raw veggies (green peppers, turnip, a baby carrot) w home made cole-slaw dressing dip

Sn: sunflower seeds

S: chicken wings baked a long time in some sort of sauce (haven't decided yet--have hunan pepper and LC BBQ available). Romaine lettuce salad

1 chicken leg/thigh in Portuguese hot sauce, 4 big leaves Romaine lettuce drizzled with walnut oil vinaigrette

Caesar salad - no cheese. 3 oz. shrimp, 2 prime rib bones

2 prime rib bones
2 cups lemon verbena tea
