Greetings. I have been following a low carb lifestyle for over three years. I used to lift heavy and was 130 lbs and a size 2. I stopped working out as intensely (2+ hrs per day) and I ended up at a high weight of 132 lbs at 5'5" and a size 6.
I started to cut carbs, keeping net carbs under 100 g. I wasn't feeling great and had no energy before this. I got to 117 lbs and started daily exercise again. I now stay between 118-120 lbs depending on the carb level.
I am back to a size 0/2/4 depending on the brand and am not looking to lose weight, but maintain as I have been for the past three years.
I am currently at 18% body fat and eat 1500 calories/day, net carbs under 100g.

I do an hour of cardio (running/elliptical/stairclimber) and one body part per day with weights, most days.
I keep it under 100 g net.
Diet- protein, low carb vegetables, some fruit, nuts, water....something once every week or two I shouldn't (share ice cream with my husband)
