Default Potato sensitivity?

I've been doing some experimenting and am thinking that I have some sort of sensitivity to potatoes.

At first I thought it was just cheating after doing strict ketogenic for a while, but I've tried it with other high carb, no-no foods: corn chips, candy, ice cream, even wheat bread or pasta. With the wheat I get joint pain flare ups, but no major digestive symptoms. If I have potatoes, though, in the form of fries or baked potatoes, I well...lets just say I better find a bathroom quickly. Potatos chips will do the same, but not quite as bad.
So it seems like instead of Wheat Belly for me it's Wheat Knees and Potato Belly.

Does anyone else find they have problems with potatoes?

I haven't noticed it myself (though that doesn't mean I don't have a sensitivity) but I've seen a lot of people over the years here with sensitivity to nightshades (tomato, potato, tomatillo, eggplant, etc). I only remember them having joint pain, though.

Wheat Knees and Potato Belly! That's hilarious.

Wow, I have the exact same issue, thought I was crazy. I get terrible bloating and digestive issues with potatoes. Wheat just makes me chronically ravenous. Pity, as I have an unnatural spudly love.
