Default Does anyone want to start yoga? free stuff

I tried it, and it's not for me. But that means I have this whole set of stuff. If somebody wants it, I'll send it to you if you pay the shipping costs via paypal. I have

Pink mat, very clean, only ever used it like 3 times and always covered it with a towel
Green strap
Purple block
pink yoga bag
3 brand new dvds, beginner stuff

Its all gaiam, all good stuff. It's going to waste sitting in my corner, I'd like to see somebody put it to use.

Why didn't you like yoga?

Once I did it a few times I craved it more and more.

I hate all forms of exercise, not because of the exertion, but because I have these attention problems that come with the bipolar disorder, and every form of exercise I've tried is SO BORING I can't stand doing them. It's the boredom that makes me stop, not getting tired, and it's the boredom that makes me dread doing exercise.

I took a yoga class, and I went to every class, but when the class was over, I never started up again, so I never got to use any of this stuff.

Well, if no one else wants it, I'll take you up on it. My doctor has told me to try Yoga for my back injury, and I just haven't gotten around to it. I took it in my 20's and again during my pregnancies, so I know I like it.

.

I have the same problem with exercise. I get bored out of my mind. However I came across an app for my phone which set mini goals. For example I used the app "couch to 5k" it's a running app. This changed my perspective so that it was more about the goal and not the exercise.

This may not work for everyone but it showed me that changing my perspective was key.
