Default For those who exercise....

Hi everyone. I am nearing the end of induction and am very anxious to get back into exercise. I used to be a runner and/or step aerobic enthusiast but I have heard so much about the benefits of weight training for those of us who follow low carb diets. If I understand correctly, the theory is that we are burning fat because of the absence of carbs and the purpose of aerobics (besides cardiovascular) is to burn fat - therefore we benefit from weight training because we are already burning fat. I have found a kettlebell workout that I have been working on (learning the basics which feels like a workout) Just wondering if any of you experienced quicker losses (inch wise not weight) when you added in exercise. Thank you in advance for your responses!
