Smile 7 Days!!!

[[I]I]Ok, I am 7 days into the intro and am not having to bad of a time. i have noticed that since the low carbs HUGE hype is kindof over that its not so easy to find low carb stuff at the market. So far i have lost about 3 pounds but I am trying not to keep close track yet. I have a long road ahead of me as I have put on SO much weight. I have done it before with atkins and acually lost 60 pounds before fairly quickly. the problem was that I thought that I had fixed me when I lost that weight and fell right back into my old eating habits. This time I know that this is my new life. It feels so much better being thinner than it does eating taco bell ( mexican is my dow fall!!!)
I just have to stay focused and would love lots of support. I am so glad I found this sight!!!

Default me too!

I have also completed one successful week on my new WOL and I'm very happy with the results so far. I haven't weighed myself yet, but I will after I complete my 2nd week. My energy levels were at an all-time low when I started and now I'm not groggy, tired, or have the 'bloated' feeling anymore. I have not cheated once since the beginning of last week and I don't feel tempted too, either. One product that has kept me going is Jello pudding. They have a sugar-free, fat-free chocolate that definitely stops my chocolate attacks in their tracks. Granted, I only have a few spoonfulls, and that pretty much does it. Anyways, I wanted to say congratulations on completing your first 7 days of the rest of your life!
