Smile New again

Hello,
I'm back!
I'm trying to change my ways and lose a decent amount of weight. I've tried many diets--Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, calorie tracking... this low carb way seems to work the best.

I'm tired of feeling exhausted after work and my feet are somewhat "arthritic".
Maybe they won't bother me as much if I lose a decent amount of weight.
(Which would be 50 to 60 pounds!!!)
thanks for reading this.

Hi Charms
I'm doing Atkins 72...I've been on Induction for over a week; I'm considering OWL or I might stay in induction for another week. I haven't really been exercising, yet...

Atkins 72 is awesome!!! I stayed on it for 4 or 5 weeks then I started not having any tast for veggies so I mostly just eat meat, eggs, butter & dairy now. If we are in a restaurant I will eat a greens only salad with vinegar along with my sreak. I also always bring my own butter because most all restaurants serve margarine which I will not eat.

What is OWL?

Oh, that's interesting...that you're mostly eating meats, eggs & dairy...not many veggies.

I was just looking on Amazon at the original hardcover Atkins 72 version...was thinking about getting it but I need to order more than just that so I have to come up with some gift ideas for my people. Maybe I will still order it. I think reading a low carb book will keep my motivation strong!
