Based on some responses in an alternate post, I am researching callanetics. Any info from some experienced with this? I'm not sure how it differs from pilates. The DVD's are an 'amazon exclusive' and I read all the reviews of the different ones - the responses are all over the place. Do you have a fave DVD and why?
Youtube had the 10 in 10 video (broken into parts) which could be helpful to watch for a good idea of the basics. That's the DvD I have and think it's the best to start with. I think some of the exercises are similar to Pilates, particularly the stomach exercises but my pilates experience is limited to one Windsor Pilates video!
