Thumbs up Full of energy!!

Hi all!
Another week is gone, and so is 21 pound since i started LC! this WOE is just awesome! i`m so full of energy, i workout 4 times/45 min./week at the gym, i ride my bike to and from work 3 days/week (18 miles/day). This is great, i`m feel like a new person (or the old me ). I owe this forum a lot!! thanks to everyone for the support!

I don't know if it is what I am eating or the weight that I have lost, but I too have more energy now. I feel more like my old-self. I can't wait to get down to my target weight. I should have more energy than I can stand!
Keep it up Yukho. Of course, I bet you'll never give up low carbing now.

Yeah, LC is my life now, it wasn`t so hard for me, I`m a meat-person, since i was kid, i never eat veggi or bread, my dad had to pay me if i eat a carrot , but the thing i really miss is fruit, rice and milk!! any ideas anyone?

Talking I miss RICE Too!

WTG Yukho.

Since I am Chinese also I miss rice the most. I just pretend I am eating at the Chinese Banquet and think that by the time the rice appears you are FULL. So no point in stuffing yourself.

Have you tried Karen's Cali-fried Rice. I am not a great Cauliflower person but I tried it and its not bad at all.

You can have Cream and mix it with equals part of water and it kinds of taste like milk.

Milk isn't that bad. What, 11g. per cup. You could save up your carb count and have a cup of milk. Now the rice on the other hand...I don't think you could work that in.
