Question Chateaubriand

dave was complaining that he's sick of food when we were trying to decide what to have for dinner. saturday is usually dave's turn to cook, read barbeque! i offerd to make chili. that was know good. he came home with 4 small chateaubriand! what i can't remember (it's been soooo long since i've had chateaubriand!) is should i make hollandaise or bernaise sauce? any help will be greatly appreciated! oh, the terrible problems in life!

Fry them in bacon fat and make Bearnaise!
