Default Cellulite on inner upper arms!!

I am seriously fed up with how bad my body is looking lately. I have got a serious amount of cellulite in the inner upper part of my arms, the are not overly large but seem to have lost tone and the skin looks old.

I am wondering if press ups would help? I can only do ones on my knees though

I KNOW I can't spot reduce fat so no need to tell me that but I really would like some advice on how I can get rid of the horrible dimples and crepey skin!!

I looked up a plastic surgeon's fee for fixing "bat wings" and it was surprisingly low. $1,400 here in the south. That includes facility fee and everything. I might go for it when I get through dieting - depending on what I look like then.

Sorry but surgery will NEVER be an option for me!!

It's not really a "bat wing" issue, I have not lost heaps of weight, the skin is just crepey with lots of cellulite!

My upper inner arms are the same way. I lift a LOT of weights and have pretty awesome tricep, bicep, and deltoid muscles. However, nothing I do makes that lumpy, bumpy skin change a bit. Afraid that unless you can get liposuction or surgery, it's there to stay...though I suppose if your weight drops low enough, it might seem less noticeable.

Until then - Sleeves are our friends!

lose more weight. most times that helps cellulite.

it is lumpy fat right under the skin. makes it appear dimpled.

losing more fat most times decreases cellulite, but other things are against you. genetics, hormones etc.

lose more weight and see what you end up with THEN try things to work on it.

stretched skin? if older and your skin was stretched alot then surgery will only correct that. At some point skin will not 'bounch back' and you need to finish the journey with surgery to tighten up that skin.

exercise helps everything it won't be a miracle cure for most problems, but getting the weight gone to your desired goal, exercising to tone everything up along the way---the reassess your problem areas and head toward a fix.
