Default Chest/Boob Exercises for women

Can chest/boob exercises help "lift" sagging breasts? I've searched online and some say yes, and some say no, in specific, dr's say it's impossible. Here's a typical quote as to why exercises can't help:

There is not muscular support system to the breast that can be improved with exercise. The breast tissue is supported by a network of suspensory ligaments which are unaffected by exercise. Over many years with heavy breasts, the suspensory ligaments weaken the breasts becomes ptotic (drooping). The only way to fix this is with a breast lift procedure

Does anyone know?

The breast itself cannot be "lifted" because breast tissue is primarily fat and connective tissue.

But...

The underlying musculature underneath the breast, the pectoral muscle can be toned and firmed thus leading to a more "perky" appearance.

If you're going for the melon look of the breast implant...not going to happen unless you know a good plastic surgeon.

HTH.

Implant? Oh no! I was looking at maybe a reduction/lift at some point, but if exercise would help the lift and "ahem" a few more pounds with reduction, then there is no way I'd do surgery I've had over 40 surgeries for health reasons during my life and there is no way I'd do an "elective" surgery, but I might have to consider the reduction/lift as the girls are causing me health problems
