I am just curious, base on your experiences. What are the most effective exercise routines if you want to cut at least 20 lbs in 2 weeks? I badly need your advice, guys. My brother is getting married in 2 weeks and my ex girlfriend would be there. I just want to look at my best. Thanks in advance!

It's not usually possible to lose that amount of weight in such a short period of time in a healthy way at least. The average weight loss is 1-2lbs per week. What are you currently doing for exercise? What is your diet like? Do you belong to a gym? Would yu be interested in working out at home to DVD programs?

given your starting weight, you probably won't be able to drop 20 pounds in two weeks (healthily or not)

You might be able to lose 4-5 pounds of fat with any of the high-volume exercise programs, if you eat enough to support a lot of exercise.

For the other 15 pounds, I suggest spending some time and bucks at a good men's clothing store. Those guys really know how to make you look your best. The right clothes can make you a 10 even with a few extra pounds
