Ok so this is not lc but I have seen everyones weight loss rulers the rulers that show lbs lost and they have cute lil things running down the ruler to show where they are on there weight loss goal. can someone plz send me directions on how to do this. I thought id start this thread for people that need help with lil things like this so they can make there weight loss more fun and creative. So we can keep this going after my question is answered. Hopefully there isnt a thread started already.

Actually click on anyone's "ruler" and it will take you to the website where they are constructed. Once at the site, just work through the "make my own" instructions.
