I believe that 100g of carbs can result in weight loss...this is based on what I have read and started to experience in my own life. I found a lot of good info in some articles I found on a bodybuilding site....based on those articles, I had decided that I was going to "low carb" by eating 50-100g of carbs most days, 100-150 carbs would be my "maintenance" level based on my weight. I have found that staying in the 60g range is very very easy for me, and on days I do that, I am at the low end of my calorie range and still not hungry. Learning that made me get onto the whole "low carb" bandwagon in the first place.
I hope there are others out there doing the same thing as I am, so I will have some "buddies" here! (This is my first post!)
