Thanks mten. This weekend I'm going back through the cupboard, fridge and freezer - anything with any cornstarch or wheat is also going. It's a good thing I live by myself! Grandkids did live locally until about 3 weeks ago - so I kept some things for them around, but found myself getting into them. And really - they love meats, cheese and veggies - so they could easily do what I am doing.

I'm trying my coffee with no liquid stevia today - just to see. I'd like to do a week without - but I do love my stevia. Which is probably a bad sign..knowing me.

I'm excited about trying to make my own dressings this weekend and mayo. I generally do all my cooking on the weekends - I work to many hours to go home at night and cook - I pretty much just don't want to then.
