The way I read the posts ... Everyone was supportive. Being supportive also means offering other ideas. At least in my book. Nobody here thought she was wrong for selling the business, just offered other opinions/ideas/solutions.

I'm nearly certain 99.99% that everyone here applauds her dedication.

Again ... just a different way to view things.

at the risk of being accused of judging unfairly (which was never my intent, and if you took it that way i apologize), can i ask one thing? if you had been presented with other options that allowed you to keep the shop open AND low-carb, would you have? i mean, if that shop was purely a hobby and your family is able to survive comfortably without it, then more power to you girl! the only reason i ask is that at times, sometimes we're just not aware of all the possible alternatives in every situation.

i know it's monday-morning quarterbacking, and if you feel that you made the best choice, then nobody can tell you otherwise.

oh no this wasn't just a hobby this was my income, my life and my job. I have to put my family and myself first and if Im not healthy how can I teach my children to be healthy?

I decided I had to decide what was more important my health or owning my own buisness. I can get a job anywhere but your life is only here once
