Hi Seadog,

Baileys.com gives the following info:

Sugar content 20%
Fat content 15%
Calories - 117
Carbohydrates - 7.4g

http://www.baileys.com/baileys_about_screen1.htm

I'd make it a special occasion drink only.

Not that I'm planning to have any, but I do wonder what is the serving size?? It's not indicated at the website, so I'm guessing it's one fluid ounce (30 ml). Anybody know for sure??

Somewhere in the kitchen forum, there is a "taste alike" recipe for Bailey's , using Splenda. I've never tried it, but years ago, I had good luck making homemade Kahlua. So it might work.

Default Homemade Kahlua?????

if you have a recipe for a LC version that tastes like anything at all, I'd love to have it.
I finally broke down and had a snifter full of Grande Marnier last weekend even though I couldn't find a carb/sugar break down. I decided that after seven months of behaving.........1 snifter wasn't going to undo me completely.
I really miss my Pina Coladas and Margaritas however.

Hi there lasert,

Yes, I've seen a recipe in the Kitchen forums for homemade Kahlua too.
Try conducting a search for it. Just click on at the top of the screen and type in "kahlua." It will help if you confine your search to the kitchen forums, and click on "show results as posts."

Thumbs up Carbs in Bailey's Irish Cream

There are 15 carbs in one ounce according to a website I found by going to Google and typing in "carbs in Bailey's Irish Cream." Several sites came up and I picked the first one.
