Ok so i was scanning across things in the supermarket the other day and came across two things
Once called Deep South Vinilla flavour
Ice Cream that was 11.7g carb per 100gm
and another that was gourmet brand - that was sugar free also came in at 11.3 or 11.7g per 100gm

The Deep South was half the price of Gourmet ($4vs$8)
The gourmet used i think it was splenda (maybe a nutrasweet type) while the deep south appeared to use normal sugar.
The gourmet was also labeled Charbohydrate modified

while they still aren't super low in carbs its still more than half of the others i compared it to in the chiller

just thought someone may want to check them out.
