Hi All! Doing Atkins

Hi there!
I am new here, and I'd like to introduce myself...
I have been lurking for a while and found very useful advise and info in this forum. Thanks!
I have been doing Atkins for about 3 months I am now dealing with the hard last few pounds... I didn't had a lot to lose but I am doing this for my health.
