We have learned and keep learning how our bodies adjust to the ever changing dynamics of life. We follow the Philosophies set forth by DR ATKINS in DANDR..1972 or 1992 versions.
It does not get easier as we get to goal and we accept that we will keep trying and not give in to old habits. We move forward, even if we take steps backward, we strive for success.
Positive attitudes and a sense of humor is a big help.

I need a beating with the carb noodle!!!! I've been horrible at night with cravings. I've been eating more salads for lunch with not a lot of protein. I need to start planning my lunches and take food to work. Most times they have things I can eat, but lately there haven't been good lo carb choices. I think I'm eating too many vegetables. I just need a couple of days with very lo carbs to cut the cravings.
Congratulations, Cricket, on taking the game. I need a fresh start with a new game.
