Arg. I am up another .2 today. Maybe tomorrow will be the day.

The last game was so very short. And I need to lose so much. I hope this game lasts a little bit longer.

I am off to my Mom's today, so I must gather all my foods and junk and get ready to go. I sure hope I don't need to work while there. I am bringing my tuna and mayo. And since my step Dad is out of town, it will be just me & Mom. I will have to bake some chicken for us tonight. She is getting a lot of 'maters from us!!!!

CRICKET - I can be pretty stupid at times. I could have updated the lines for you, too! But I was not thinking in a straight line yesterday... Plus, it was too early in the day! Silly me!

I hope we can all see some losses today. Well, everyone BUT me that is! I will stop back in a bit to check things out. Have a nice weekend!!!

BARB..you are not alone in the mind over matter issues here. Not at all alone!
YOu will get it back.This is i think the point where in the past your weight loss stalled and stopped so we all need to grasp hands and help pull each other out of this funky place..( just don't grab my right hand)
Last night was so beyond miserable.Up all night and eating my way through.It is such a visious cycle trying not to gain weight.I take pain meds so I need food in the gut.I need fiber in the gut orsoftener AND prune juice.
Weight up today 158 and since I have not had decent sleep or enough time between eating I am not sure about the accuracy but I AM happy it is not more.
RIght now I will head back and pop some Norco and extra tyelnol with it.ACTUALLY I WILL TAKE the OXI and itch away but be painfree maybe I hope.Day 8 post surgery.Progress but with a price...
PAULETTICUP>>>have a great visit! I will try to be more reasoably on some plan today. Have no idea.I guess cutting calories is a step in the right direction along with limitied carbs as best as i can manage..but let's face it.. PRUNE JUICE!
KATHY... you will return to range and regain control. I think this is one of t hose times when the team actsa as a team in the opposite direction.. anyone recall when we all managed to fall apart at the same time before??? well, let us not rpeat those days!

bbli is 141 today. she cut out her veggies!!!!! KATHY.. by the time I get off the opioids I too will be off veggies forever again!

BBL! I took 40 days off exercise and went back yesterday! I was rewarded for my 30 minutes on the elliptical by getting back into range today! whoo hoo! I will read and catch up later..gotta hit the gym before work!!

Little gain-- dont know if its part of rehydrating back up to a "real" loss level after my yak a couple days back or some other reason-- eating well, had shrimp with a few mushrooms and some kale in HWC and butter today---mmmm.

Headed to bed so I will have to catch up tomorrow--- wishing evertyone whooshies- Cricket I hope we DONT all fall apart at once, that would be unfortunate!

Kathy: Great job in getting back in range. To be honest, I haven't exercised much since I started. I really think I need to start doing something...even if I just walk for 30 minutes most days of the week. I have a whole basement full of exercise equipment, weights, kettle bells, exercise tapes, etc. so I have no excuse for not doing it. That may get me through this slump I'm in.

Cricket: You are right about me having trouble getting past this weight. I seem to easily get down into the 170's and then start to falter. I've had a lot of people comment positively on my weight loss this past week, and instead of it giving me the incentive to do better, it somehow seems to derail me. However, I know I can do this. I just need to change things up a little and get back to induction foods for a couple of days. I really try to eat close to induction anyway, but I've been eating a few more veggies lately and that's probably the problem.

If Jodi is at 141.0, did she lose her 5 lbs? If so, she did great!

Himi: Just saw your post! It's getting crowded in the hot air balloon! It probably is a result of your feeling better. When we're sick, those losses on the scale are really nice, but they never seem to last. Glad that you are feeling better.

Chrissie: Hope you're doing better than the rest of us!

My name is Tam and I have been LC'ing, using Atkins 72 since 7/11/15. I have already joined the TDC weekly weigh in, and Atkins Hardcore 72. I would love to join this challenge, if it isn't too late.
