At the suggestion of the esteemed BKLOOTS, she of the amazingly strong upper body, I started this thread to allow people to brag about their newfound physical accomplishments.

They can be brand new, as in: never ever could do THAT before! or re found, as in: WOW, I can do this again!

Number of steps in a daily. Number of flights climbed in a day. MPH on a walk or a run.

Pounds lifted, particular type of lift perfected, pull-ups (me, never!) pushups, planks, squats.

You name it. If you've hit a personal best, even if it's not somebody else's personal best, tell us here, and we'll cheer you on!

I don't have any, at the moment, myself. But I'm working on it. USED to be able to hold a 1 and a half minute plank, before my accident. Now up to 30 seconds/15 seconds.

I want to be like Michelle Obama, who reportedly can hold a plank for 3 minutes. That's core body strength, and my belly needs the work! So does my butt.

Oops! I missed this thread when I started Planks, Pushups, and Power.

We'll see who shows up either place.

Well, I just posted on Barb's, so here I am on this one.

I've walked 880 miles this year (June 2015-June 2016.) Of course, that was only while wearing the Fitbit, but those were exercise miles.
