Thumbs up Greetings

Hi,
Name's Paul, however I've been known as Paully for as long as I can remember.
Been on the Atkins bus in phase 1/induction since 5/17.
Gone from 240 lbs. to 220 lbs. I am hoping to contribute as well as learn here.
Cheers,
Paully

Good Morning Paully, and welcome to the Atkins Bus, I'm sure you will find this forum very informative, it took me quite a while to find my way around, but that is 'cause I'm not very computer literate, lol. You will also meet some great new friends here, people to help cheer you on your way. Congrats on your success thus far, keep up the good work, we will be watching your progress, stop by my journal sometime, I enjoy company. ttyl

Tks, for the welcoming words.

Hi Paully. I'm fairly new here myself. Lots of information and support on these forums. I have one of those Total Gyms in my basement!! Used to be in my bedroom, but after not using it for years, I was sick of using it as a clothes hanger. Now that I am in the mood to use it, the thought of heading down to the dingy basement to work out is my latest excuse. hahahahaha Yes, I am the master of excuses. Maybe next time I'm down there to wash clothes I'll dust it off.
