If you switch to Kg, you will not have that feeling that, for some reason, comes from moving between 40's and 30's and the rest. Then you get other numbers that have less meaning to fret over LOL! Have a good one Sue, you're doing great! r.e.l.a.x... ahhhhh

My goal this month is the same as last: stick to the plan and don't let the carb monster outwit me. I've never lasted two months on any 'diet', so even though this is starting to feel easier, I'm trying to be prepared for some serious cravings somewhere along the way.

Thanks Thud. I'm not fretting.........YET! And I've read enough information over my years of dieting to know our bodies will do things that make little sense. But geeeeeeeez......lol
