Here's the info on the next season of Taking it Off. As some of you already know, my brother and I spent the last 6 months on Atkins. Now you can see how we did. The show is on the Life Network....

New Year’s Day 2005:

Sneak preview Taking It Off Season 4 (3 p.m. ET, repeats 10 p.m. ET)

Saturday January 15:

Taking It Off Season 4 begins 3:00 p.m. ET (4 pm AT, 1 pm MT).

The new episodes will premiere Saturdays at 3 p.m. ET (4 pm AT, 1 pm MT) and then repeat Sundays at 7 and 11 p.m. ET (8 pm AT, 5 pm MT/12 am AT, 9 pm MT) and Wednesdays at 12 p.m. ET (1 Pm AT, 10 am MT) .

I heard a rumor that it was on the outdoor life network, but I am not sure.

The website is www.takingitoffonline.com. It should be updated soon. The site is still showing last season's people.

I've never seen it on there and I watch that network a *lot*.
Survivorman and Killer Instinct are awesome shows btw.

Hi Lobstergal - I watched the Outdoor Network - Survivorman for the first time last week - the guy in the Artic - I never saw the end, it just changed programs right a 9:00, I wasn't impressed.

Ok, I saw the first episode. It's pretty funny, but I have one thing to say...

My brother wa JOKING about eating bacon with butter on it. hehe.

We said it as a joke, and they made it look like it was our plan. I make fun of him for it on a later episode though.

Considering that you are both on Atkins you quite literally *could* have bacon with butter on it.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the new season.

We could I guess, but it would be a political nightmare for Atkins. I actually have a sensitivity to nitrates that made me avoid bacon.

When the lady from Atkins comes to visit us, she pretty much roasts us, so I hear. I'm looking forward to seeing it myself. She comes back near the end, and everything comes full circle.

I agree it would be a political nightmare. That was just my weird sense of humour getting the best of me.

I have to avoid bacon as well because of the sodium.

Any idea what *day* the first show is on? I was thinking of putting a Post-it on the tv as a reminder so I won't miss it. I believe this is the first time the Atkins diet has been used on the show and I would like to tape the episodes.
