I have reached the point I need to just maintain, which is awesome. The weirdness is that it looks like I am going to need to add in more carbos in order or not continue to lose wieght as I train for Rainier.
I have been going off plan here and there, from having a bun at 5 Guys to eating a normal meal at a Mexican restaurant (chips, burritos, a beer) to eating the starch on my plate as I dined when on business to having a glass of wine at night. I guess let the experimentation continue.
