It's great to have you here! Most folks here aren't trying to compete - we're just sick of being told to do stuff that doesn't work, like "low fat and endless cardio". There are quite a few new lifters in the exercise forum, and it's been great to watch the progress and share tips from an insulin-resistant point of view. A lot of standard bb stuff fits everybody, but there are a few little hickups here and there when trying to apply the information with a broad stroke when you've coming from behind and working yourself out of a metabolic nightmare, especially for women.
It'll be great to have your valuable input on the board.
