Default tia's log to burning off the pounds

Ok, tomorrow I start working out. My beautiful husband, beyond his better judgement, bought me the workout dvd set THE FIRM for christmas. I had asked for it and he jokingly said no way, that i'd find a way to bring it up in the years to come " remember when you bought me the firm because you thought i was fat" type thing. LOL. Anyway, against his better judgement he bought it for me...so now I have to use it!

I definitely think my best bet would be to get up early and work out in the morning before work, while the hubby and beautiful little girl are still sleeping. Dragging myself out of bed that early for the first couple days might be hell....

i plan on journaling both my eating and workouts on a daily basis to keep myself accountable. Even going to let my two coherts in the weight loss challenge know about this site and that i'm journaling so hopefully they will pop in on a regular basis and call me on it if i'm fudging some stuff. =) (love you Sherry and Nat!! )

Anyway, it all begins tomorrow! Wish me luck.
