Is there an entry for this anywhere in Myplan I couldn't find? There is one in the USDA database.

You can use the information from the USDA database to enter Ground Chicken as a Custom Food in your My P.L.A.N. records. Then, whenever you need it, it will be there for you to use.

Boy, it'd be hard to say for sure unless you know what part of the chicken they ground. The breast is vastly different from the thigh.

I look at the calorie count and fat ratios to figure it out. Judging by that, they usually use dark meat, which makes sense since it's the cheapest.
