Default Newish Nina Planck book

I just discovered that Nina Planck released a new book just a couple months ago, "Real Food for Mother and Baby."

http://www.ninaplanck.com/

Her previous book "Real Food: What to Eat and Why" was a big eye-opener for us. We were not yet low-carb, and teetering on the brink of becoming vegetarian. Real Food turned us around with Nina Planck's personal story and a lot of Weston A. Price style wisdom. Planck is actually not a low-carber; she's pretty into whole grains - but she's also very meat- and fat-friendly. Her writing style is much more personable and accessible than Sally Fallon. If you have friends who are curious about the low-carb WOE but aren't totally convinced, this book might be a good gentle introduction to the possibility that eating meat and fat can be healthy.
