Hey YOU I dare you to do this...just try it do 1 round with or without weights, if you like it do 2 rounds...and if you make it to the end of round 2 just finish it off as the sweat rolls out.....ya I dare YOU!

Here’s what this routine looks like:
- 8 Exercises
- 3 Rounds
- 33 Minutes total

Printable Workout Routine:
14 Push Ups
14 Dead Lifts + Reverse Flys
10 Single Arm Pullovers + Opposite Leg Raises (repeat on each side)
14 Squats + Ventral Raises
14 Alternating Lunges +Row Kickbacks
14 Squat Crosses + Presses
14 Alternating Lunges + Torso Rotations
14 Crunches with Cross Punches

Heck yeah! I'd check them out for you, but I don't have resistance bands, love... only free weights. (<- I missed this little guy, didn't you?) (<- I missed him, too!)

As for takin' a walk.. I did last night and I'll be on the treadmill a little while later again tonight.

Has ANYONE tried this....pretty basic stuff all you need are handweights 33 minutes goes pretty quick too.
