Pain, if you're serious about your posts, then I'm very glad you're posting. I am very interested in seeing your progress. Keep updating, OK? Maybe you could spot a few members whose stats are similar to yours, and compare them over time, to see whether you are satisfied with your progress as against theirs. Not for bragging rights, mind you, but just to see whether your predictions about your diet are being borne out. And I'm rooting for you, too -- I am supportive of everyone who wants to lose, whether or not they choose the same woe that I choose.

Good luck, and keep posting in the War Zone!

I think this meal plan might just fit into the new FDA food pyramid. The banana counts as two fruits, the potato as 3 vegtables, and the oatmeal as a whole grain. If there was milk on the breakfast oatmeal and in the protein shake he has all the govmn't requires. And laughter(and he was laughing)is great exercise.
the SAD diet strikes again...

Just for fun, I plugged the all-carb diet into fitday.

Deficiencies- Vitamins A, D, K, B-12, C, Zinc, and Calcium.

Not to mention the fact that it's about 1600 calories, and I would feel so much hungrier than I would on less low carb calories (though I do aim for 1600 generally).
