Yesterday's breakfast (at 5PM, also includes lunch and dinner) was pork shoulder braised in the crock pot with homemade sauerkraut and homemade chicken broth. I had a few pieces of stew-chicken meat left over from making the broth.

The sauerkraut was made with red cabbage, green cabbage and caraway seeds.

2 poached eggs with a small dab of cream cheese in the middle, a few pieces of cut up dried apricot in the middle of the cream cheese and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon. I guess it is supposed to be like a low carb danish...worked for me!
