Talking Oh where have you all been!!

I was wondering if I was the only female ex 300er on this board!
I have many friends who are over weight but they only have 50-70 lbs to lose. I have 130! Eep! Though it was 166 before I started LCing..
I love LCing, its given me so much energy.
How are you all doing?

I'm glad I'm NOT alone. I'm new to the boards here, but so glad I've found them!

I started at 320, am now at 260, and need to lose still at least 100 to 120 lbs.

Count me in --- 'the big girls' club....I am starting at 285. Seems so unreal as I type it... not my heaviest however... I weighed in at 350 about 5 years ago... went on what now appears to be a starvation diet... low calorie all high carb.. I think i really trashed my body... I was actually at 235 and then my father died and I miss carried in the same month... it seemed like I gained weight over night... and I pannicked...SO... I have been LCing for 21 days... feel really good overall! I weigh in on Tuesday.. didn' t do this week TOM. But next week I cannot wait... my clothes are getting loose.. I bet I am down 1 size.... yahoo!!!!

I got some great coaching and cut my goal in two... my first goal is 235... and then next goal is 190!!! Then I will see how I feel from there.. I am 5'7" .. muscle, medium framed... so I might be ok... I might want to tweek it a little.. cannot wait...

For the first time in a long time I feel like I am actually living life.. instead of waiting..

Thanks guys... let's keep it going...

Ramona
