If you can handle the increased carb counts, these arethings that you could try adding to your menu...
All bran or other high fiber cereals with SF soy milk and some fresh berries, LC pancakes or waffles, LC muffins, LC yogurt

Search the recipes for the mock-danish (I don't know the exact measurements but it's cream cheese, egg, sweetner). Sometimes, I'll make a cheesecake, cut it up and have some with tea for breakfast. A LC protein shake could be nice too.

I have the same problem too when I wake up. Try some strained yogurt with sweetener or some sugar free jello. They are delicious!

NancyLC's Bowl Muffins are pretty good and there is a million different combinations. I tried the brownie muffin the night before last. My non-LC parents and sister came sniffing around soon after I made it. They take three minutes to make. Do a search in the kitchen forum to find it.

I try to avoid LC products and stick to all natural foods. Have some berries or make a protein smoothie, peanut butter, mock danish, pork rind french toast is my fav.

Default You might like this.

I tried this and really enjoyed it.

Sweet induction breakfast

1 egg
1 oz. cr. cheese
1 T. butter
1/2 t. vanilla
2 packets Equal

Melt butter in skillet. Beat egg and 1 packet Equal. Pour into skillet and let cook - do not stir. Meanwhile, stir cr. cheese, vanilla, and remaining Equal together. When egg looks done, spread cheese mixture over it, allowing it to melt a bit. Take a spatula and, starting on one side, roll up the egg, crepe style, and remove from pan. Enjoy!

3g. carbs per serving. I can't remember the rest of the stats for this one, sorry!

I like to take fresh strawberries and put them in a glaze made with water, splenda, strawberry extract, red food color, and thickened with xanthan. Then put a couple of tablespoons of it on top of low carb pancakes and add whipped cream.

I would agree with whoever said that about the atkins products. The first time on went on this diet, that is exactly what led to my falling of the wagon. A semi low carb food can turn into a high carb life style real quick, the muffin mix, pancake mix, lc tortillas. That is just me though.
