Christmas has caught up with me. Caught the flu this week and got back on the scales this week too.

Bummer. missed working out the past few days, but I think I am finally over this flu. Now if my kids will quit getting me sick!! Anyway, I am back on induction tomorrow, and it should go alot better the second time around, because this time I am back on the workout bandwagon. Here's hopin'
