Hey all--
I am on day 11 and have lost 6lbs. the first week and
stayed the same this week. I lost a total of 6 3/4 inches.
I have started a journal and want to get some exposure to
it so I could get some guidence from the experienced.
Please read my journal and give me any feedback that will
be helpful. I really enjoy all the ideas and comments that are posted. It
is helpful when you are new at this.
This is so different than any other plan that I have ever tryed.
