Default whoever said, "if you're in a hole stop digging", thanks!

Hi, all I belong in the confession booth.'

I belong over on the candida forum, I did a fabulous job of getting rid of the yeast with restricted carbs. Felt better than I have in several years, lost 15 pounds, so many great things were happening.

Then why oh why am I in this hole now? I know how it started. I had sugar 2 days in a row, and its snowballed from there.

Now I have to totally start over with my program.

AAAAAAARRRGHGHHHHH! AAAARRGHHH! anguished crying and groaning!!!!!

I was sittin' here reading the posts and feeling totally down and hungover (thank you, sugar) and something caught my eye.

Somebody's sig says, "If you're in a hole, STOP DIGGING"

Well! I actually sat bolt upright and blinked. That phrase is exactly what I need. I just wrote it on a memo to put on my forehead.

That's what I'm doing. I'm in a hole, digging my way back down to my own personal hell. Got to stop, now. now. now.

If I could see myself from the outside, I would think this lady is crazy. She knows what to do, and she knows she's hurting herself.

Time to get back on the horse. Thank you soooo much, whoever has that sig line.

I'm having an appropriate supper tonight, and a long hot bath. I should be feeling better by Monday if I start right now, which I am.
