Shakes are easy.

They have the unfortunate glycolization problem in me, but you may be different. Most people feel hungry about an hour after drinking one, which is usually a bad sign.

Half cup of cottage cheese has about 5-6g carb and 15-20g slow protein, and it's cheap. Up to you.
