I bought an exercycle not too not ago and I started using it just yesterday with my first day of induction on Atkins.
I did 35 minutes yesterday and 35 minutes this morning. 5 minutes of warm up, 25 minutes of cardio and 5 minutes of cool down. Not too bad. I feel great, not too tired, no body aches.
My exercycle doesn't just sit there looking pretty anymore. I'm hoping it will be put to good use and I get my money's worth.

I did an easy walk today for about 45 minutes. Not too shabby.

I ditched my exercycle, because it hurts my butt when I use it. It's back in the garage collecting dust.

Walked briskly for an hour today.
I will start the weight lifting tomorrow.
I didn't have time today, too much running around.
I will also check my weight for the first time tomorrow morning.
The suspense.....

Hi just popping in with some encouragement I saw your posts over at the Carnivorous thread. Jbird and I are also trying it out, no veggies, Still getting the hang of under 5 carbs though with some cheats here and there.

Thanks, I know it's a little difficult for me to give up my salad. Maybe, because I think salad is the reason for my regularity. I'm going to stop with the salad today and see what happens tomorrow morning. If I'm okay, then I'll cut it out completely.
How has your weight loss been going? When did you start (or try to start) and have you lost anything?

hey! I find I am regular unless I eat too much cheese, that really halts everything in it's tracks. I've done this ultralowcarb thing for what, a week and a half? As of Friday 2 weeks and I've lost 7 lbs. I'm not a good person to ask about loss though as I am not a good "loser" it takes so much effort and time (in my previous experience) to lose even a small amount of weight. I'm also nursing.. so the hormones there throw everything out of whack
