Meant for this to go under "April 28th...thread" oops!
I started March 1, 2003 and just today reached my first goal of 200 pds. Thats a 35 pd weight loss. I did the happy dance when I got off the scale. I'm not sure where the will power and motivation came from to continue this WOE this long but after shopping this week and buying clothes that were 3 sizes smaller and in the misses section the motivation and will power is firmly in place to make it to my next goal and the next... These boards are great. The support and ideas are excellent.
