I've done the low-carb life before and unfortunately drifted back to my old ways due to a stressful unsupportive relationship. That in my past, I am back! I have gained more weight back than I would like to admit- but I'm 18 days back in and amazingly have gotten back into my size 16 jeans that I had tossed to the back of my closet a month ago. Admittedly the 16's are still snug and I'm a long way from wearing the 14's but this was a real win for me! It's those little things that give me the willpower to power through this lifestyle change.
In addition to the 16's, I am finally over the brain fog and feeling full of energy and mental clarity for the first time in what seems like forever.
I wanted to share with everyone as inspiration to keep going and if you've drifted...it's never too late to get back at it.
