Talking Done W/ Induction!!!

I am finally past it! I lost 5 lbs so I feel like I am really losing. I am hoping to have all of this weight off by 7/1/02. That is my 20 year highschool Class reunion.

Default Congrats

I just finished induction too. I lost about 5 lbs, but I think it will take me about 6 months or more to lose 25 lbs. Make sure you are not setting yourself up. Your body is going to fight you all the way down from what I have read on these posts. Don't rush. Remember we are doing this to change our lifestyle. Changing habits is the hardest thing in life.
